Payments and Terms
All major credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Payments are due upon receipt unless terms are discussed, approved and established. ACH payment and checks also accepted.Please contact customer service for more information on bulk orders and credit applications if required.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final with no refunds, credits or exchanges. If an order is cancelled during the art proofing process, a $125.00 cancellation fee will apply for graphics/art design time. If product is produced and order is cancelled during the production process, customer will be billed for the entire order amount with no exceptions. Credit card payments can be made up front to ensure orders are processed without delay. Prepaid label orders are non refundable. If product arrives damaged in any way, please discuss with an associate about submitting a claim or replacement procedures if the carrier deems product non useable. Pictures , documentation and damage evidence from the freight company and driver will be required. Most orders have a production time of 14-21 business days not including weekends or holidays. May experience slight delay in transit times due to COVID slowdowns of national freight carriers and limited capacity but not expected.
Shipping and freight costs will be included in your quotes. If special requirements are needed to receive please ensure this is discussed during the quote process to ensure no additional fees are charged by the carriers during delivery for services that are not previously paid for or approved. If carriers impose additional fees if receiver asks for additional services during delivery without our approval, customer will be billed the difference. Please chat with an associate about your receiving needs (liftgate if no dock on site, driver assistance, inside delivery, limited access points, remote zones, appointments etc) to ensure the correct shipping cost is provided to you before hand. If product is received damaged and accepted as is, claim process will be voided. If distributor clients refuse shipment during an attempted delivery, any and all reconsignment charges and redelivery fees will be billed to the distributor. Shipping address changes after order has already shipped will also result in additional fee as per carrier charges and daily rates. Our customer service team can provide accurate shipping rates to avoid additional fees. Shippings quotes are typically valid for 14 business days and if daily rates change during time of shipment this will be discussed prior. If carrier attempts delivery and business refuses delivery, redelivery fees will apply. If address changes are made after the product has already shipped, reconsignment fees will apply. Additional fees can be avoided during the quote process. Please provide detailed information.
Labels and Artwork Approvals
Orders will not be produced until label art proofs are approved. No refunds or discounts will be offered if bottles are produced and an error is identified after you have already signed and approved a label proof. You can work closely with our graphics department to ensure your desired vision for your bottles is achieved. When viewing proofs, ensure all content, spelling and formatting is correct to ensure the best outcome. Pantone, PMS, CMYK and color matching available. To prevent color variations or errors, please provide color codes if possible. Our graphics department reviews all art carefully to ensure print quality and integrity.
